One thing I get asked a lot is how our own marketing systems work at TDM. This infographic showing how we take all our various sources of contacts and use smart email marketing and our own reporting systems to create a funnel of prospects – ranked on how they interact with the emails we send them.
A follow-on strategy for each level of engagement pushes a prospect further down the funnel until they are in a position where we can make direct contact – often ending in a sales conversation. Because, as I always say, having a good marketing system doesn’t get rid of the need to sell, it just gives you the opportunity to have better sales conversations.
